Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be as happy as possible with your purchase from Hilary MacMillan. We will always do our best to make your experience with us as enjoyable as possible.  

 

 

  • You have 10 days from when the shipment arrives to you to contact us to claim a return, or exchange.
  • All exchanges and returns will not include shipping and handling fees back to our studio.
  • Any items purchased on promotions or sale are final sale.
  • All sale items, bodysuits, masks, gift cards and custom embroidered items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned.
  • We appreciate your understanding that we are a small, independent business that does not price adjust.
  • If you would like to exchange or return your item(s) please contact us at info@hilarymacmillan.com with your order # as the subject line.  

 

     

    When shipping from a country outside of Canada, please clearly mark the item as returned goods and the value as 0$, otherwise you could be charged for return duties and taxes.
