Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be as happy as possible with your purchase from Hilary MacMillan. We will always do our best to make your experience with us as enjoyable as possible.
- You have 10 days from when your shipment arrives, to contact us [firstname.lastname@example.org] and claim a return, or exchange.
- All exchanges and returns will not include the shipping & handling fees back to our studio.
- All sale items, bodysuits, masks, gift cards, promo items, samples and custom embroidered items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
- All Style Boxes are Exchange only based on availability and cannot be returned.
- All Mystery Boxes are Final Sale.
- We appreciate your understanding that we are a small, independent business that does not price adjust.
- Gift purchases on regular priced items made between November 16th and December 24th will be honoured for an exchange or store credit until January 4th.
- All refunds will be processed in a timely manner; please allow 2 - 10 business days for the funds to go back on your original form of payment ie. Visa, Master Card etc.
- Refund posting time is out of our control. We are always happy to provide insight but advise that you also contact your bank, financial institution or pay pal for further information.
When shipping from a country outside of Canada, please clearly mark the item as returned goods and the value as 0$, otherwise you could be charged for return duties and taxes.
