1. In August of 2020 - we updated our website and part of enchancing our client services means re-initializing our customer database. Rest assured we value each and every client as we work hard to provide a better experience. If you had an account prior to that date you will need to sign up for a new one but your previous orders will be synched. 
2. We are unable to back date HM Rewards Store Credit whereby we provide any type of compensation or credit for orders placed before October 26, 2020. We are excited to be building our business with you and are deeply appreciative to all our customers who have helped get us to the point where we can offer exciting perks and a loyalty program such as HM Rewards.
