SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy​

We offer complimentary standard shipping via Canada Post when you spend over $75. We ship via Canada Post and it can take between 4-8 business days. 

You also have the option to select express shipping where we ship via Canada Post or DHL.

 

When you checkout all orders will receive a confirmation of shipping and express orders will receive a tracking number.


Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and/or exchanges up to 7 days from: 

A. When the shipment arrives to you, [bought online]

B. When the item was purchased in person

We will gladly refund your money, once the item is returned to the studio address listed above. All returns and exchanges, will not include shipping & handling.

When shipping a return from a country other than Canada, please clearly mark the item is returned goods and the value is 0$ otherwise we will have to deduct the duties and taxes from your return. 

All items marked FINAL SALE or that are custom embroidered cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Please Note, we use 3rd party payment processors such as Pay Pal and Square. They take from 2 - 30 business days to post your refund. This is their policy not ours. Once your refund has been submitted, it is up to the payment processor to deposit the funds. We are more than happy to provide you with your transaction ID upon request.

 

For Inquires Regarding Your Refund You May Contact Pay Pal Directy at 1-877-569-1116 - you will be required to provide the card number used (Visa, MC, Amex etc.)
