You have 10 days from when the shipment arrives to you to contact us to claim a return, or exchange. All exchanges and returns will not include shipping and handling fees back to our studio. All bodysuits, masks, sale items, and custom embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Any items purchased from our Sample Sale are Final Sale. Due to the nature of the sale there will be no returns or exchanges allowed as all items are the only one's of their kind. Items may have small marks or imperfections as they are production or showroom samples, we try our best to mark everything as is but please be aware there may be small marks that we miss. We apologize for any inconvenience.
